Honor a Rheumatology Champion invites patients and caregivers to recognize the people on their care team who brought comfort, clarity, or courage when it mattered most. Honorees may be physicians, nurses, social workers, therapists, medical assistants, administrative staff, or anyone who made a difference in your pediatric rheumatology experience.
For healthcare professionals:
Every physician can trace their practice, confidence, and values back to someone who took the time to teach, guide, and believe in them. Mentors Who Made Us celebrates 50 years of pediatric rheumatology through physician‑led tributes that honor those individuals while ensuring the next generation receives the same encouragement, wisdom, and opportunity.

CARRA will share your tribute and donation with your honoree (or their family) via personal email, at CARRA’s 2026 meetings, and in the Mentors Who Made Us: 50 Years of Pediatric Rheumatology promotions.
Tributes may be made posthumously, and honorees do not need to be pediatric rheumatologists, only someone who made a meaningful impact on your path.
