Pediatric Rheumatology European Society Young Investigator Meeting Grant Awarded

The Early Investigator group is excited to announce that Sri Grevich, from Seattle Children’s Hospital, and Michael Ombrello, from the NIH, have been selected to receive travel grants to present their work at the Pediatric Rheumatology European Society Young Investigator Meeting in Genoa, Italy in September. Sri’s abstract is entitled “Oral Health and Anti-Citrullinated Peptide Antibodies in JIA”. Michael’s abstract is entitled “Genetic Architecture Distinguishes sJIA from Oligoarticular or Polyarticular JIA.” During the PReS Young Investigator Meeting, Jay Mehta will also be giving a talk on the work that the CARRA Early Investigator group is doing. This is part of CARRA’s efforts to create productive relationships with other international pediatric rheumatology research organizations.
